Day 1: Arrive at Nairobi Airport

Day 2: Visit Samburu National Reserve
Early morning after your breakfast, our guide will drive you to Samburu National Reserve to have an experience at the game, Have lunch as you prepare for an evening game drive in the arid Savannah, a home to big five, and a land of contrasting adventures with magnificent showpieces.
This is a magical icon in Africa where you see hundreds of wildlife including the dry-country fauna: gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, oryx and reticulated giraffe. All three big cats, the lion, cheetah and African leopard can be seen here, as well as the elephant, Cape buffalo and hippopotamus and other mammals like warthogs, Kirk’s dik-dik, impala, and waterbucks etc.
The marshlands are hideouts to over 350 bird species, bird lovers normally visit these end points on their birding Safari to watch different birds like grey-headed kingfisher, sunbirds, bee-eaters, Marabou stork, tawny eagle, Verreaux’s eagle, bateleur, vulturine guineafowl, yellow-necked spurfowl, lilac-breasted roller among others. Day 3: Full Day Samburu National Reserve Game experience
Early morning proceed on your 8 days kenya wildlife luxury Safari, our Kenya guide knows the untold secrets of the Savannah, drive to the most hotspots, seeing some of the wildlife species that you won’t see anywhere else apart from this Park.
The special five can be seen here, the long-necked gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Grevy’s zebra, beisa oryx and reticulated giraffe. Some of our clients want not to miss out a second off the bitten trails and love packing their lunch to eat from the Savannah. However, some prefer having Lunch and Dinner plus Accommodation at Ashnil Samburu Luxury Camp / Sopa Lodge.
Day 4: Drive to Aberdare National Park central Kenya, east of the East African Rift Valley
Drive southwards to hug the Aberdare Mountain Ranges in the park. There is much to learn about this show piece, history dates back 1950 when it was protected and conserved, the mountain ranges are historical to facts of Africa. This is also a preferred destination for hikers. A short game drive in the Savannah gives you sightings to Kenya wildlife species ranging from elephant and lion to the black and white Colobus monkey and beautiful but lesser-sighted bongo – a horned antelope with distinctive white stripes.
Check in the Aberdare country club, this is where you will transfer to one its unique sister property, the Ark, an iconic hotspot to enjoy watching perch for the night in the heart of Aberdare Savannah, this place was built basing on the ‘Noah’s Ark’ positioned to splendid adjacent floodlit of a waterhole and the salt lick, seen attracting a tranquility of wildlife both in the day and night. There’s also a ground-level photo hide and an on-call viewing service to ensure that you don’t miss a thing. Rooms are known as ‘cabins’, set over three ‘decks’.
Day 5: Transfer to Lake Naivasha via Thomson’s Falls
Wake up early morning, feeling the breeze and warm sunsets in the Park, have your morning breakfast, check out and transfer to Lake Naivasha, along the road drive, we visit Thomson’s falls, a magnificent showpiece with blue streams flowing lazily through the veteran ancient trees. The water fall shores are nesting grounds to over 400 bird species, it’s also a watering point to the lion, leopards and the Rothschild giraffe.
Proceed to lake Naivasha, a place that rewinds your memories, have your dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge or Crater Lake Tented Camp, these are normally visited by the home residents that include monkeys, hippos and giraffees.
Day 6: Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Wake up early morning and transfer to the most visited national park in the pearl of Africa, the reserve is a popular reserve that is often showcased on the BBC’s ‘Big Cat Diary series’ and a whole host of hundreds of wildlife species. The undulating open Savannah is the leading Africa’s wild frontier that hosts elephant, giraffe, hyena, wildebeest, buffalo, the exceptional population of lions, leopards and cheetahs, antelopes, wildebeests, Thomson’s gazelles, elands, zebras, etc.
Arrive the park for your Maasai Mara Safari, check in your lodge, have lunch and a short relaxation as you prepare for evening Masai mara game drive. Day 8: Transfer from Maasai Mara to Nairobi Airport
If you’re travelling on to Kenya’s coast, fly directly from the Mara to Mombasa in the afternoon. Otherwise, leave the Mara after breakfast, arriving in Nairobi in time for lunch. You’ll then be taken to a central hotel for the afternoon where you might like to pre-book a day room before your return flight back home.
