Day 1: Travel to kibale national park for a Chimpanzee tracking Safari
Wake up early morning for breakfast, then our driver/guide will brief you about the whole itinerary and you set off your journey early morning at 6am. This enables us not to encounter with the traffic jam and also to reach early at the park. Expect to have a stopover in fort portal for lunch and continue with the journey.
You will reach at the park by 2pm to check in at the lodge and prepare for the chimpanzee trekking in Kibale forest, the trail takes approximately 4 hours. Our experienced guide will drive you to the park headquarters for a short briefing about chimpanzee trekking, meet with the game ranger who will go with you to the forest.
Have an encounter with the chimpanzees as they swing, pant hooting, scream to locate their members, slapping the tree bars, eating, nesting, hunting, displaying their new nests. This experience with the ‘cousins of man’ is unforgettable. During the Chimpanzee tracking experience you will sight out bird species like the long tailed cock, and many more. You may also spot out primates like the red colobus monkeys, rare L’hotse’s monkey, blue monkeys, Uganda mangabey. After the trekking you will return to the Lodge for dinner.

Day 2: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
Wake up early morning to get ready for a nature walk through the Bigodi wetlands. Bigodi wetlands is part of the eastern edge of the forest. Spot out some bird species including the waxbills, weavers, cuckoos, kingfishers, fly chancers. You will have a chance to Spot out different types of monkeys like the blue monkeys, red colobus monkeys, see the warthogs, antelopes.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Flora with different species, take pictures and enjoy the trip in the middle of the tropic forest. Have your lunch at the lodge and prepare to drive to Queen Elizabeth National park with our experienced driver/guide. Our next stop will be at Queen Elizabeth. Then, check in at the lodge and get ready for the afternoon boat ride along Kazinga channel.
You will encounter with herds of hippos, Buffalos, crocodiles, with a number of bird species, the Kazinga channel attracts a variety of animals, so get ready for the encounter. After the Boat ride you will experience the salt mining at Lake Katwe for 1 hour with the local people, see how they mine the salt bars out of water. And get back to the lodge for dinner.

Day 3: Return to Kampala/ Entebbe Airport
Wake up early morning for a cup of tea and get ready for Kasenyi trail where you will spot out different animals like the elephants, lions, buffaloes, Uganda kob, antelopes, a lucky day can be yours to spot out the leopards during the trail. After an encounter with wildlife at Queen Elizabeth Park, your driver/guide will drive you back to Kampala using Mbarara route.
Have a stopover at the equator where the sun passes in Africa, you might as well take pictures for memories in the middle of the north and south pole imaginary line. There are craft shops around the equator, you may wish to buy yourself one souvenir. After this experience return to the road, Drive to and prepare for your departure.
